Our mice come with a one-year warranty. If the defects are due to manufacturing or material defects, we will repair any defects in your product free of charge within the warranty period.

Not covered by the warranty are:

  • Damage or defects caused by misuse or neglect (such as drops, impacts or excessive pressure).
  • Defects or damage caused by improper maintenance or modification of the mouse,
  • Visual changes caused by normal wear and tear, such as small scratches and skate wear.
  • water damage
  • Contamination of the product also does not constitute grounds for a warranty claim.

Please read the instruction manual and follow the usage instructions to avoid damage.

In case of a warranty claim, please proceed as follows:

  1. Please contact us and include the following information in your email:
    - Name
    - Order number
    - Photo of the defective item - Description of the defect

  2. Based on the picture, our customer service will first check whether the defect is covered by the warranty.

  3. In the event that it is a warranty case, we will provide you with a free return slip and a warranty claim to send the item to our warranty department.

  4. Please fill out the warranty claim completely and put it in the package. The claim is used to assign your return and is therefore extremely important.

  5. Our warranty department will examine the case within 7 days of receiving the goods and repair/replace the item free of charge if necessary.
